A Denver native, Dean built his career in both award winning local kitchens and national brands. After managing high-volume restaurants and helping a leading chicken chain expand across multiple regions, he set out to create his own concept. Today, Dean’s innovative chicken products are winning fans with a vision to be enjoyed nationwide.
