After leading high-volume operations, supporting multi-region expansion for a top chicken chain, and opening two of his own wing restaurants, he founded Prepfection Foods to create chicken products that work as hard as the operators who serve them. Built to perform, tested in real kitchens through real sales, and designed to scale, his products deliver bold flavor with nationwide potential.
